Who is it for?

Plexr Plus is suitable for men and women for non-surgical treatment for eyelifts, removing moles, skin tags and eye bags, skin tightening around the face and neck, treatment of acne and scars, and removal of benign skin lesions.

What is the treatment?

Plexr Plus is a ‘soft surgery’ technology that utilises plasma energy to non-surgically remove unwanted skin while at the same time stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin to tighten the remaining sin.

How does the treatment work?

Plexr Plus is an extremely accurate instrument which works by ionising the gas particles in the air between its tip and the skin, to form plasma (also known as the fourth state of matter). An electrical arc is created, which results in sublimation i.e. turns a solid straight into gas. Therefore, the results are instant, but also no heat is transferred to the surrounding area. The resultant tissue retraction and tightening (as opposed to removal) gives results that are comparable to the ones seen with invasive surgery.

Benefits of the treatment

Plexr offers an alternative to invasive surgical cosmetic procedures, reducing recovery time and any complications that can arise before and after surgery.

There is no cutting of the skin, which means that there are no stitches required, and most people can return to work the same day. It is much quicker than surgery, as no injectable anaesthetic is required.

Plexr Plus is very safe when used by a fully trained medical practitioner.

Duration of treatment

A typical treatment takes 5-60 minutes depending on the areas to be treated.

How many sessions are required?

Depending on the indication, one to three sessions may be required, 6-8 weeks apart.

Recovery takes around four to ten days.
